1. Timeframe for Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
  • After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or partially used candles.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Free gifts, promotional samples, or discounted sale items.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately HERE within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please provide photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement of the same product, or if unavailable, a store credit of equal value.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need an exchange, please reach out to us before sending your item back.
  • Exchange approvals will be confirmed via email with return instructions.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the product was received defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
  3. Carefully package your item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our team.
  5. Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your return.

9. Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
  • Misuse of products, failure to follow usage instructions, or damage caused by customers will not be covered under this policy.
